This workshop provides practical, body- and movement-based tools to enhance performance and presence in everyday professional settings, from meetings and research presentations to group work and high-stakes pitches. It explores how physical habits, posture, movement, and body awareness directly influence focus, confidence, communication, and overall presence. The way the body is inhabited affects how others perceive an individual, often before a word is spoken. Unlike traditional body language training, the focus is on internal states and their real-time expression through the body.
The workshop offers insights into how stress, clarity, authority, and authenticity are physically reflected and how these patterns can be consciously shifted.
